Agritourism Casavecchia

The Casavecchia agritourism is an ancient stone cottage of the 1600, probably belonged to the Order of Benedectine, and it is completely restructured; it dominates the flourishing Arno valley, it's placed on a typical Tuscan terracing and it's encircled by cool woods rich of wild fauna, which is possible to see during a trekking or a walk. The zone is rich of history, of unique and uncontaminated landscapes, in the heart of Tuscany, at the foot of the Pratomagno (the mountain which separates the Valdarno valley from the Casentino valley), with a breathtaking view which is a terrace on the farm of Borro, and it offers the opportunity to live a peaceful holiday, with walks and trekking; we also are few minutes far from the wonderful cities of Arezzo, Siena and Florence.

The breathtaking view, from Trasimeno lake, to Amiata mountain to Chianti hills, a timeless peace and an uncontaminated nature, with the high comfort of the three apartments, make of this house, suited even for groups of 20 people, the perfect destination for who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany.

The Casavecchia agritourism is divided into three comfortable apartments, furnished in good taste. Each apartment has a private space in the garden to eat, with gazebo, table and chairs. There even are barbecue, wood-burning oven, games for children, satellite TV and a swimming pool (5x10 m, depth 1,20 m) built on a natural terrace which overlook the suggestive Arno valley. You will even find the laundry with two washing machines and the iron with ironing board. The zone around the cottage is perfect to walk, there you can meet the animals of the wood: roes, fallow deers etc. Renting all the apartments -for groups of till 20 people-, you will benefit of the privacy and the indipendence of a single house; the Albanella apartment is equipped with all the necessary to be reunited and eat all together.
